  • Hi all, just a few pennies today but every little helps! Shopping at Sainsburries, used a 69p MOC and a Nectar bonus voucher for 50 points (25p) so added 0.94p to the total :D

somerandom... don't feel so bad - everyone deserves a little treat now and again - no point in working hard at saving if you can't give yourself a little reward every now and then! Enjoy your new swag!! (And I'm not just saying this because I treated myself to a nice new cookery book I'd had my eye on at Amazon for some time now......honest I'm not....:p;))

    FEBRUARY 2015 £25.79/£100

Had a bit of good news DH contract has been extended until the 22th Jan so at least he has another couple of weeks :) Think things are going to be pretty tough after that unless he can get anything else !
Fingers crossed something turns up. At least that's a few weeks away and covers the whole of the Chrissy/NY time :)

Awww. Don't be too hard on yourself - you need a treat now and then and to be honest it's not really that much eh :)

Two days in a row for a nice surprise. Today I had a £10 'thank-you' from a discussion site and also £3 from the people with pine trees. So another £13 to add :j :T

Went to collect Xmas decorations from Mr T last night and they'd delivered the wrong coloured tinsel - rather than refund the £7 I paid, the lady refunded me £10! So that's another £3 to add taking me to £65.83!
    Debt as at 5 June 2023 - £15,600.89
    Current debt - £5,935.00
Total paid off - £9,665.89 (61% paid off)

  • :j:j:jJumping for joy today, at last I received a payout from a survey company for £20.15 which I'd requested on 31st October via Paypal. So that's a bit more added to my challenge total for this month. Now in bank account and will be heading straight to my Emergency Fund as I've been slacking on that challenge:o

Sold a couple of cheap books last night on Amazon and just been to post. Will add profit when it hits my bank account but it won't be much.

    Have a good day, everyone:)

  • Nice to see you back Aesop.

I would love to get cashback at the supermarket but I have a Windows phone and all of the apps I've found need Android or iPhone, which is so annoying.

I've made a few savings recently:
£19.99 saved by using Clubcard Boost for a Christmas gift.
£20 saved on an airer using Clubcard Boost, which is something I've been needing for ages now, as the old one is falling apart.
£10 worth of savings on various items we need from Amazon by using voucher code.
Thank you to everyone who posts on here :)
