50p potted today, but another £2 potted yesterday when I managed to resist the temptation of a coffee in a coffee shop! :j

After a couple of days where money seemed to disappear, with no change left to pot, I've then had a couple of NSDs (much better!). So nothing potted... Until I found a pound coin in my pocket just now. That made me very happy - straight in the pot!

Lots of people seem to have lots to deal with at the moment. Hope that you can all see light at the end of the tunnel, even if it's only a small chink at the moment.

Not really had anything to pot, due to saving a set amount each week, so whats left out of weekly money (normally zero) gets potted. I have just potted £1.67. I am rearranging my budget and giving myself more for groceries, so hopefully will have more to pot each Friday.

Ok, ive decided in order to focus myself, im going to give myself a target of £500 if that's ok. Not sure how much I have at mo, as I know I have put in and out of pot, will try to count later. Have a good weekend everyone.

OOOh Save Dosh - it's meant to be a sealed pot. If you need to dip in maybe you could arrange a 'holding pot' - see 1st post. Sue-UU will put you on the naughty step otherwise


I have potted my weekly £7 and no more as still not been out the house, except getting a lift both ways to the optician

potting has slowed down for me, while I have been off sick, I suppose the only saving grace is the NSD i have clocked up :-)

agreed with the sealed bit - think it gives me the notation to not take it out, if you need have a step before potting pot, put money in here then if its still there at the end of the week then pot it, then if you need any money during the week you take it from the "holding" pot

Friday purse gold coin collection = £6.00! I actually had £10 in gold but wanted to save £4 for my lottery tickets.


Not much potting next week as I'm off to London to visit my DS for the bank holiday weekend, so will need to have some spending money.
