"Sealed Pot Challenge" ~ 8

Not much potting this weekend - been out and about enjoying myself:D Potted £3.00 (£2 x 1, 50p x 2 - one 50p from my lovely hubby) over the past 2 days.

Been gorgeous weather today and managed to pot (gardening that is:rotfl:) a few more flowers and some seeds. DH managed to borrow a huge pot (no pun intended) from our neighbour to pot up some Gladioli bulbs. Looking forward to see them grow as they are such flamboyant flowers!:)

Hope everyone got a bit of the lovely sun - Lynnek hope your foot is healing and you are resting it. It's sounds really painful - ouch!!

Evening all, a couple of glorious days here and the forecast for the rest of the week looks good. Gardening time at last!!

lynnejk - hope that foot is a lot better. OUCH!! Take care.

Potted a single £2 coin and a single £1 coin. Could be a lean week potting-wise, but hope to manage around £10. Trying not to spend much and be as frugal as possible. Too much stuff in the freezers to get rid of and it will only go down if I stop buying reduced bargains!!

Managed to pot just over £2 today. DD has really got on board with this and even gave me some of her change to pot. I am sure she realises that the more there is in the pot on opening day the more chance she has of getting what she wants for Crimbo.

Did manage to finally pull the £2 coin tin from its hiding place today so can now start filing it up again
