HAPPY EASTER!!


Well I am down in Cornwall with my wonderful Family....The Journey down wasn't much fun...got stuck in huge amounts of Traffic so what should have been a 4 and a half hour Journey was actually about 6 hours!! But I got here in the end and am having a wonderful time....


Yesterday we all went out to the Funfair!! I haven't been to a Funfair in probably about 15 years!! I had so much fun watching the Children go on their various rides and eating (just one) Hot Donuts from the Confectionary Stand....Was good fun.


Today is Easter Egg Hunt day for the Children....Should be good fun watching them hunt around for their Eggs....


Anyway....Managed to Pot a couple of quid before I left....that was Thursday Night....am trying to save up my Change to Pot when I get home - Which will be late Monday Night....


I hope you ALL have a WONDERFUL Easter....and *Hugs* for anyone that needs them....Don't forget to keep chasing those rainbows....xXx

Happy Easter everyone! Hope you all have a lovely day with lots of chocolate.
Potting away quite happily, DGD1 has been taking lessons from Grandpa on roadkill, I dropped 5p the other day, it was picked up and in her piggy bank (that she keeps at our house) before I could even think about picking it up! Roadkill is VERY rare in my change pot, never mind, my sealed pot is doing quite nicely.

Have had a skim read so YAY for all those with good news and hugs to all those with bad news/illnesses/accidents

Been to the inlaws for the last few days and 'HURRAH' was nowhere near as ill as the last attempt! :j didn't even have to take myself off to bed for the day after we got there but oooooo is their house manic with all the visitors (I don't do well with over stimulation and things like that ) Did enjoy myself though and the kids loved playing with all their cousins etc, plus DH went and bought himself a car :huh: don't ask me, ive got no clue! and its happily parked outside their house 250 miles away so he's got to go back on the bus and pick it up :rotfl: thats the price you pay for being an ejit

I'm building up a sizeable amount of £2 coins in my purse and I STILL haven't dug out the £2 coin tin I shall aim to climb in the hidey hole and dig it out today! I have been religiously potting my shrapnel in the other tin though, so potting has been going on.

Am quite chuffed as came home to a letter from my shares people (the ones I have no idea how I came into possession of!) saying my shares had been sold to a new company so I have x amount of new shares and they have paid me £152 into my bank :j plus sky have finally refunded me the £31.89 they owed me from cancelling my subscription. Shares money won't go into the pot, but sky money will as it was money I would have spent had I not cancelled with them IYSWIM, so will pop to the bank when I can to get it out

£4 in £1 coins and 2 50p pieces in the tin. So that's my £5 target for the week.

I did have another 62p in change but I gave it to my friend because on Wednesday I bought her a 99p sealed tin and so that 62p was her first saving into her tin and Dad has just snuck some coins in so it's a mystery lol xx

Lynne, Hugs to you too. Please be careful and rest your foot. Hot and cold compresses may be helpful.

Potted a few pounds in silver and copper lately but forgotten how much. It included around 50p in various roadkills.
