YAY...Thank You Sue for being lovely and forgiving....
And Thank You for ALL of your hard work this past Year (and many before that!!)....I really appreciate you and would be lost without this Thread to keep me on the straight and narrow
Well I'm feeling loads better emotionally today...which is great...not wonderful physically but I'll get there...The main thing is that today I'm in a positive frame of mind...and that's half the battle!!
I managed to Pot a small amount yesterday as I had more than I thought to spend....and had some change...then got paid from one of my Jobs today and have managed to Pot just over £2 in change....which I'm pleased with
Going to do some Work from home tonight....and then relax and reflect around midnight on the past year and the year to come....
HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!! See you on the other sidexXx

Hello folks! I hope everyone's doing well, but if not that they will be soon. Take care all poorly ones and keep warm, rested and hydrated!
Good to know you've had a wonderful time in Wales, chickadee, and bought some money back!
Not to worry, scotmumof3, so long as everyone understands. No comment to re your Mum and her curtains! Oh, all right then, Mad! :mad:BTW, who are you calling flabby?!!!!!
Excellent work with the £15 voucher, Flutterby!! Please though, don't feel it's a necessity to read back over the posts; do so if you wish by all means, but it isn't imperative for anyone!Sue - hope you're back on top form now and recovered from your illness.
Very well done with your savigs, ETO!! Thanks for yor thoughts, but no better with the chest I'm afraid, I'm positive I'll have to go back to the Dr next week, just not sure whether it's the infection or asthma that's causing all the trouble, but I've a terrible cough and feel so chesty (not bragging either!). Poor DH has 'put his back out' too, what a pair!:( I hope your little sweetie is much better now and his problems were his teeth.
Still feeling rubbish, really struggled to take the hound out for her twice a day run! Cleaned the hens out this afternoon ,amid much coughing and then dozed until now!
Oh dear, Caz, you sound a lot worse than I do!Do take care of yourself and have plenty of rest, warmth (I know, not easy with Rosie) and drink plenty!
{{{Hugs}}} from your twin.
Have a lovely weekend, 32b3!Trouble it with today, DGK's and shopping it feels just like another ruddy Saturday!!
There are other ways of having a sealed pot rather than buying one, Roundthebend, (see page 1) and you can always count it, jot it down, and then pot your cash in, so you know just how much you have, just as Lynsey does.
Well done, Hicksy, so pleased you saved on the CP charge!!
You're welcome, littleangels3, and brilliant saving!!! :jHope78 wrote:Happy Hogmany!!!! Is everyone having a manic house cleaning day like me? £6.30 potted over the day day or so and having just about recovered from friends' wedding yesterday I'm about to clear out my purse!
Happy New Year to you too, Hope78, to the first bit and....not flippin likely to the second!!!!!Did it all at the beginning of last week so it'll do until next week being as it's holidays etc. Well done on some great saving!!

Evening all and enjoy New Years Eve / Hogmanay.
Hoping 2015 is as good as what 2014 has been potting-wise.
I'm potting my final coins for the year and that is 3 x £1 coins.
Some excellent potting going on since the start of this new challenge - keep it up.
Celebrate with a small sherry tonight perhaps??

Well that may be because I got sidetracked with the thought of chocolate buttons and forgot to actually pot anything! :rotfl:
Tree is gone, I have a table back for my computer :j, now just need to get the kids back to school and all will be quiet in the jakes-mum house once more :T
