Mse did a promotion in may this year that was for free line rental and i believe it was for 12 months. However sky have just informed me that it was for 6.
Now the issue is i cannot anywhere find proof it was for 12, at first they didnt even apply any discount and it was only after numerous calls that they finally applied it
Can anyone help? Does anyone remember? I know i had to send an email to get it....
