VM can't be carried into new home but never signed contract

Hey all,
So i'm moving to a new property 6 months into my 12 month broadband only Virgin Media deal but i doesn't support any VM services.
I'm aware there are early disconnection fees, however the hard contract they posted out for me to sign and return never got signed or returned (completely forgot to do this and it got buried under everything when moving in).
Does this effect my case in terms of not being in a legit contract or does the act of connecting my services count as the start of the contract? i'd obviously like to avoid paying the quoted £125 disconnection fee but am not oblivious to the fact it's not their fault the new home doesn't support VM services.

I don't think you've got any chance of getting out of this I'm afraid.
I take it you made a verbal agreement online, or ticked a box online? And also, you've been using their services, which forms a contract in itself.
You'll just need to suck this one up.0 -
Yeh thought as much! seems silly they ask for a hard copy to be signed but knew i didn't have much hope. Shame though as i'd love to roam the service over.0
