are you sure you are viewing the PDF at actual size, and don't have it set to display at full screen width or some % magnification ?

if you print a page of your bank statement - does it look right on the page ?

Google "pdf report" and see many government reports provided in PDF form - do they look right ( hint : they do ) - they can't all be wrong ?
  • my DD took a short video a couple of months ago in Scotland on her Iphoen and wants to send it to my cousins in Australia and Canada as it was a family get together. She is finding it hard to convert to sending it via email, as it keeps telling her the file is too big.Is it possible that she could download it then 'burn' a couple o copies to a disc to post to them do you thinks ???

    Yes, that's possible.

Why don't you start your own thread instead of highjacking someone else's?
You might then get some alternative solutions.

Well, that's similar to the situation the OP is in. Instead of *emailing* the video itself, upload the video to a free hosting service (e.g. Dropbox) and then send everyone an email with a link to the video.
