    Me BT infinity 1 .
No problems they sent the router i plugged it in it worked and has continued to do so .
One problem and i used the on-line help and they agreed to send a new router out .

Previous was Plusnet Fibre and i had multiple visits from the BT OR fibre engineers to solve a problem on initial install .
  • Just to jump in on this thread, top package internet we have plusnet at £20 a month which is significantly lower than bt infinity 2 and sky fibre pro.. any drawbacks to plusnet?

Not really unless you want BT WiFi or BT Sport .
Though you can get BT Sport at extra cost .
Basically i found PN Fibre and BT Fibre identical after the original PN install was eventually fixed . That was a BT Open Reach fault not Plusnets error .
  • Not too much of an issue!

Thanks for the information, is the hardware PN provide decent? Do they give you an N router?

Plusnet appear to be totally unlimited. I pushed it on month... Are you sitting down?.....

700GB in one month.... No email no letter nothing....

    I went from 4mb to 73mb instantly.

It downloads at a touch over 8MB a second. Approx 2 minutes for a 1GB file.
