Its different boxes every time, when you try and type after its opened up the top i would do a picture but i dont know how to put one one here. Its had a new hard drive and been wiped and had a malaware scan which found nothing.0

If the HDD was wiped and fully reinstalled, then it would be completely impossible to have any malware/infections directtly after that was done.
Your still not telling us what these "boxes" are and what they say. Are they dodgy popup ads? are they system errors? the list is endless.
Also I'm probably correct in assuming English is not your native language?“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

I am as english as they come thank you very much, what makes you think i am not? I can't say what the boxes are because they are different each time, what on earth makes you think i'm not english. if i knew how to put a photo on here i would.0

Sorry, it was the "opened up the top" bit, doesn't make sense, I can't picture what that means at all.“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

Its hard to explain but when i click on a thread multiple tabs appear up the top then when i try and type all sorts of random boxes appear could be favourites, i tunes anything. so i have to turn it of and on again which sorts it till the next time.0

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Do things like the menus open up?
I'm thinking you might have a sticky key problem, like if you hold down ALT or CTRL and start typing, then all sorts of weird stuff will happen. Hell if you have sausage fingers or large hands, you could be resting on the CTRL key and not even realise it.
If I hold down CTRL key and click on a link, it opens a new tab, if I then type random letters it starts opening all sorts of stuff.
"Sticky" doesn't have to mean it's physically stuck, it can be down to dodgy connectors and cables, so Windows thinks you've hit a key, but doesn't think you've let go.“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

I would try going to Control panel > Accessibility and disable sticky keys, seems like a logical place to start.
Or "ease of access centre"
There are a lot of people with this problem and a lot of potential solutions.“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”
