    The pc has had a malaware scan, also a new hard drive, also been wiped.
    It's had everthing you can think of to remedy the problem.

    Have you followed NiftyDigits post ?
    Perhaps begin with running Malwarebytes AntiMalware and then selecting to remove all issues found.

    Then run AdwCleaner and later Junkware Removal Tool. Go through each Tab and select to remove all that is found.

    You should also reset your Browser.

    My pc will work for so long then whenever i click on something it starts opening up the top multiple times then it wont type and random boxes appear and it wont turn of. Had it in the shop twice now who say they have fixed it but they haven't thanks.
    This was the question how else would you word it then? As i said i have no technical knowledge.

    What is it your Clicking on? Can it not be hardware related i.e Mouseor keyboard sticking.

    As it appears you are unable to answer even the most basic technical questions I suggest you take the computer to a repairer and pay them to fix it. Not the most money saving solution, but I fail to see how we're going to be able to help you.
