Cheap Smartphone For Youngster
Options
Hi
Needs are very basic, I think - calls, texts, internet access and be able to use some apps - which I think all smartphones are capable of?
What's App is one app and a good app for the football scores!
I'm sure that is just about every mobile phone and these have come up...

£19.99 with added £10 top up.
However £25 at Tesco without the top up. It's EE and already have an Orange Sim - can that be put in instead?
The other good option I see is

£24.95 plus £10 top up on T Mobile, Virgin, Vodafone or Orange with varying texts, minutes and internet from each.
I think texts/minutes are more important as I think both these phones can run off wifi at home, so internet is only for when not at home.
Are these suitable or are their better alternatives?
It is for PAYG and very basic use.
Thanks
