    2 years is a long time to be totally honest. It would have been better if your friend had got new evidence. Good luck for your friend.

    She would need an up to date letter from her GP or any other professional she sees. A letter that is 2 years most probably won't help as it's not current proof of her condition.

    we called PIP helpline this morning the lady on phone told us letter been sent out today and its decision but she was not able to tell if anything awarded or not she said cant open file on computer.
    my friend is realy worried and we dont know whats going on, anyone been in similier situation where they cant tell u on phone? and i heard if they refuse you they call you first before sending letter??? if this is case then maybe she awarded something? any advice ? thanks
