They are now claiming that it's stock artwork purchased from some library or other.Je suis Charlie.0

Yeah, £32 for 5 downloads! They really pushed the boat out for their high-profile campaign! Such class.Je suis Charlie.0

What's the definition of a "download"?0
-
I mean more in the case of usage of said image(s). A download could mean a view on the website, as it would be downloaded to the viewers browser cache, rather than a download from the stock image holders store.
Whilst it is unlikely, it would be mirthsome if the latter were true.0 -
According to Shutterstock terms and conditions, (No 11):-
You may not "Use an Image together with pornographic, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful or immoral content".

That isn't the way these libraries work. Once you've paid to use an image you can use it however you want (other than selling it or giving it to someone else!)Je suis Charlie.0 -
The BPA Ltd. has now put this up on their blog:-
If you would like to help us improve the site in any way, please email media@britishparking.co.uk with your suggestions.
Don't hold back with your suggestions!What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -
This is the BPA's sarcastic remark from their blog when I asked why the vehicles were driving on the "wrong" side of the road:-
The scenes are an approximation and not meant to be taken too literally. However it's a good observation that we'll look at correcting. Hopefully everyone driving in the UK already knows which side of the road they are meant to be on!
I then followed up asking why this error wasn't spotted by anyone at the BPA, why there is no mention of the IPC on that website and pointing out that they are just a cosy member's club who are the laughing stock of various parking forums. That posting was very quickly deleted. Evidently they don't like the truth. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0
