    I'd like to know what "Fixed Penalty" they give out, further means of implying they are "official"

    Has anybody notified the newspapers about this given the potential involvement of the government and waste of tax payer's money.

    Just as well I have a screenshot, which also includes Trevor Shaw's now deleted comment from 12:44 on the 25th, which mentions that GPEOL is always defeated at POPLA, and makes some comments about Trevor Whitehouse, too.

    Does your new guide point out that motorists can appeal to POPLA on the grounds of genuine pre estimate of loss? Does your guide point out how to identify when your members submit dodgy information to POPLA? Does your guide advise that Trevor Whitehouse knows all the car parks personally so he is right to advise people not to appeal? It seems most of your members try to rip people off and not claim just their losses.
