Does your new guide point out that motorists can appeal to POPLA on the grounds of genuine pre estimate of loss? Does your guide point out how to identify when your members submit dodgy information to POPLA? Does your guide advise that Trevor Whitehouse knows all the car parks personally so he is right to advise people not to appeal? It seems most of your members try to rip people off and not claim just their losses.0 -
