I uninstalled YouGov but MR APP was still there so I removed Valued Opinions Notifier, both of which were never used any way, and MR APP disappeared! :j

Yes, It wasn't a rootkit or any other malware.

Uninstall AVG though - you have that and avast installed.

She is rebooting now so I will do that when she starts up again.

Hi

It is suitable for download in Vista.

If you know the location of the files, and their names

Boot into safe mode

Try and open a command prompt window

try and find its name so you can do something like

del C:\Users\User*\AppData /p

which will prompt / ask for confirmation before deleting.

you can add /f


C:\Users\User2\AppData /p /f

if in doubt please ask.
