I closed theYouGovPulse application down by clicking on the icon on the menu bar, however MR APP is still showing as being on my laptop.0

I cannot see how or where I can get this removed because part of what I read stated to close down the ap and then you could remove YouGovPanel but for some reason although YouGovPanel was removed MR APP is still on my laptop?!?0 -

Before I started your last suggestion I noticed a Valued Opinions notifier and I removed it. MR APP has disappeared from my laptop. :j
