I bought a poppy in October which arrived broken after the poppy appeal had all finished in November so I contacted go groupie. I did not get a reply so sent a few more emails and finally got a reply in December.
They gave me the sellers email, I sent several emails no response and then after a time the emails no longer went through to them.
I contacted go groupie again and they were slow to respond and I still had no resolution . In the end I paid with PayPal so raised a claim, go groupie did not respond and PayPal refunded me.
Go groupie have now sent me an email saying they have asked the merchant to contact me directly (they haven't) and I must take off the PayPal dispute immediately. It is quite threatening. Needless to say I have been refunded several days ago.
Fortunately the amount was only small but they have barely replied to most of my correspondence and have actually not replaced or refunded the goods and its now January. Do not deal with them as they have not been helpful and I think were hoping I would just give up . My last email has only just been replied to and its almost a month after I sent it through. Don't bother they are useless I am just pleased it was a small amount. I know they have had issues with customer service but 4 months and no resolution, must try harder!
