I PURCHASED A NUMBER OF ITEMS from gogroopie read all the way through and have waited and waited nothing as arrived sent several emails no response can anyone help they have taken the money .
am i doing something wrong should have i gone to the individulal sites to purchase i dont know anybody used this site thanks:j:o ps theres no phone number to nogroopie

When did you place the order?
Did you pay by card?
After two weeks it is probably a good idea to start talking to your card issuer about a chargeback for non-delivery.
The card company may not do the chargeback until a month has passed, because sellers have up to 30 days to deliver if no specific delivery date is specified.
Read MSE's Chargeback article and make a point in future to avoid companies that offer no telephone or contact address (although there is a contact address in GoGroupie's T&Cs).0 -

Same experience. Purchased a "voucher" to which I have not received... Contacted customer servise with no joy! I have only spent £13 however if you think of all the people buying and being ripped off ... I am sure gogroupie will be having a healthy Christmas at our exspense! Merry Christmas go... I've only tried them twice. Ordered the voucher which arrived by email. Then used the voucher on the businesses web site. Parts arrived in less than two weeks. Probably won't order again as I seems to complicated when you can just order direct online.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

after ordering goods i thought they would send them out auto and when the payment went out i thought thats it but after waiting an waiting to nothing i decided to bombard with email to nothing in reply then i camme on here 100 negative so i thought one more email .
too my surprise i got a email which directed e to the company selling the item so i paid for the postage an package and entered my voucher number thats where the fault lay go groupie had taken payment for the item but not the pp YOU NEED TO GO TO THE COMPANY AND ENTER YOUR VOUCHER NUMBER AND PAY FOR THE POSTAGE :T:T:T:T:T:T:T
ANYWAY ALL ARRIVED TOO MY SURPRISE THE ONLY NEGATIVE NOW I HAVE TO SAY IS BE CAREFUL OF THE POSTAGE AND PACKING IT S EXPENSIVE ON MULTI PURCHASE AS THIS IS PER VOUCHER/ 5 VOUCHERS 5 P+P0 -
They are not scammers.
I will be the judge of that thank you very much, based on the fact they took my money and failed to return it forcing me to go via my credit card provider for a refund - They certainly scammed me and appear to be doing it to others !!!

Exactly the same thing has happened to me. Purchased voucher 2 weeks ago, voucher not working so contacted them a week ago. No response. Paid by paypal so have just tried to resolve it through PayPal. Requested refund from seller through them. If no response received by 1 January, I will be taking the matter further with PayPal. The item I ordered was a 3 pack mascara. Tried contacting merchant a week ago too, but no response. Received voucher code, but voucher code not working.0

I'm in the same boat. Calvin Klein lipsticks through GoGroopie from Pink Style £37 value. Link doesn't work - emailed GoGroopie with no response - yet voucher expires next week!
I would have rather paid the full £37 than £12 or whatever it was and saved all this hassle and frustration. I just want my money back - now I can't spend that money on Christmas AND I have had to purchase an alternative gift.
Absolute time wasters and abysmal customer service. In fact worse than abysmal - as there is NO customer service!0
