edited 25 November 2014 at 1:18PM in Flight delay compensation
1.I believe that I have a claim against Thomas Cook airline dating back to31/12/2011 but am struggling to gather proof. The flight (no flight number available!) was from Birmingham to New Orleans via Manchester. It was due to leave at 9am but boarding was not called until after 12.The pilot apologised for the delay, caused by a technical fault known on arrival the previous day.I believe that I could claim compensation if I could find out the flight number and the actual delay.
2. I have tried the website recommended by Martin Lewis without success. Any suggestions or do I try any of the advertised compensation '' experts'' ?
