Can anyone weigh in on the notes I made above^?0

I think for now all I'm going to do is change any credit info addresses to my parents, and not register on the electoral roll there yet as it could cause a problem. I appear to already have a much better credit by just putting down that address so will make the others match up and will help plentiful I'm sure.0

It will not affect mother's pension.
It will affect council tax if she claims single occupant 25% discount, that's only if you live there of course.
When I had mail to parent's house I addressed it "Care of"This is an open forum, anyone can post and I just did !0 -

I would imagine she does claim single occupant 25% discount, as 90% of the time she is there by herself.
Is there a legal difference between "living there" and registering on the electoral roll there? (thus shouldnt need to pay council tax?)
Thanks for the tip, will this essentially ensure that when this address isn't fully considered my living space? Do you put care of for all billing addresses?
Is it right to assume to use it like the following:
