Cellular Ipad without data plan?

Is it possible to get a SIM for an iPad Mini without a monthly plan? I would need very little data (less than 200Mb per month?) and don't want to sign up to a monthly plan which I probably wouldn't use much of. I'm sure I've heard of a SIM where you get x amount of data which you use until it runs out. When I've tried to search for something like this I don't know what it would be called so I can't find anything.

Can anyone help please?

I got this deal directly from EE's site a few weeks back. It works in an iPad. I believe it's still running until some time in December. If you go over the 100MB, you can buy an extra 100MB for £3, or there are some other options for an additional 500MB etc. You should also be able to buy one of the weekly packs which gives 100MB for £1.

There is no way to use data directly fron the airtime credit; it takes you to the page to purchase more data so there's no risk of running over

The deal is still current, the seller above who is not EE, is currently not selling the SIMs as suggested above.
