npower website down?

Hello All,
Is anyone else having problems with the npower website. I have been trying since Friday to put in a meter reading and i can't get onto the website, tried google, but not much info.

p.s. wondering if my being abroad has anything to do with it, but that would be pretty stupid!

It's not you. Has been down for long periods for some days now (although has worked for short periods also). Currently down when I try.

I've been trying to pay a bill now for a couple of weeks, and it's been down every time I try. I also live abroad, but can't see how that would make a difference. It's worked in the past. I've tweeted their help tweep but not had a reply.

Yes just gone to enter meter readings and it is down today.


Has anyone managed to get online lately?


I spoke to 2 CS. at NPower and neither new it was down.

worked for me this time yesterday.

I see they have yet another tariff ! (April'16)
