Npower Site Down?

I've been trying to get into their site since last night. Anyone else having problems?

I think it's a general internet issue (or perhaps an issue with my ISP, I'm with Virgin)

I'm also having issues accessing the loco2 energy website

Hi,

It seems the whole site is down - on Twitter Npower says to contact it on the Twitter account @npowerhelp which you could try if you're stuck.

I'm really sorry you're unable to access our website. We’re currently experiencing technical issues, npower.com and our mobile app are currently unavailable.

Not a good start as I am switching provider tomorrow !
Will have to go back to phoning my meter reading through and I guess there will be long waits .

Come into the 21st century . Now if they were a bank what would happen .

Its down for me too. I wonder if its to do with the mass gas\electricity switch over that was well publicised on here a couple of weeks ago as I had a card through the door asking me to give metre readings, probably thousands of other customer have too and the servers can't cope?
