Npower Site Down?

I fully expected it to be back up this morning, but it's still down.


That is now three days, unacceptable for a Company of this size.


Perhaps the NPower rep could give us an idea of what is wrong and when will the site be back.

Three days is nothing for npower, only the other week it was down for four. As for the 'energy usage' tracking page which they encourage you to use if you have an online account, that was unavailable for a full 8 days only returning at the beginning of last week.


It is however pointless complaining, I have tried doing so and all you get is (usually) ignored or (occasionally) a response that bears no relevance to the complaint whatsoever. If the tariff I was on wasn't so good I'd vote with my feet - their website and whole company ethos is utterly shambolic. They have absolutely no idea of customer care at all, and if you get through to their support agents you get the impression that they are just sick of trying to defend the indefensible.

At least with N Power when the site is up and running you can perform certain functions. Now with Extra Energy their site is never down but then again you cannot perform any function except for meter readings.

I know which one I would prefer.
