This seems to have eluded everyone!
Even when I have booked Marrakech outside of 'sale' times, I have never paid tax of £55. Very strange!Gone ... or have I?0 -

Just telephoned Ryanair, explained that i had not had my confirmation email and was a little worried. Had to answer a lot of standard security questions, names addresses phone numbers (just make sure you give exactly the same as you put on your booking) and then she gave me the booking reference numbers. I then went onto the Ryanair website and printed off new confirmations! WHooohooooo
Thats flights booked x 6 to Girona

Tip for anyone else who hasn't received confirmation emails: check your bank statement and each Ryanair charge should be listed with a code. The last 6 letters are the booking code for that flight. I was able to use this method plus my debit card number to retrieve booking details on the Ryanair website (View Booking page). Phew!0

Excellent tip!
I was panicking this morning cos I cannot remember one of the dates I booked for.
Will it show on statements for free flights though??"Life is like a game of cards. As far as I know, hand luggage with ryanair is free and you only pay for luggage your checking in. Or have I got this wrong? We didn't have to pay any hand luggage charges.** Mummy to little Jenna born on 23/12/07 **
• Pigsback - £11.25 (£30 cashed!) •
• Valued opinions - £5.75 (£0.25 pending) •

Sounds strange to be charged £0.00 on a bank statement. If the flights are free then surely the card is just for verification.** Mummy to little Jenna born on 23/12/07 **

Perhaps they paid for the priority boarding- lots of people seem to manage to do that0
