    A couple of questions:

Does anyone know any good & cheap/convinient (3*)hotels in Dublin?

Does anyone know any good & cheap/convinient (3*)hotels in Seville? Is the airport far from the city?

Jury's Inn's in Dublin are very good. They are reasonable prices and good locations.

  • Well - that's flights for a ski trip from Luton to Sierra Nevada (via a night in Barcelona) for pennies, a mini Christmas shopping trip for 3 to Dublin for next to nothing, and a romantic trip to Nantes in winter for a few cents.

All in all the debit card fees of 70p ew dwarfed the flights.

I know you have to travel light, or pay a tenner for each bag (even that's not too bad), but most of my trips are weekenders or overnighters - how much luggage do you need for a night away ....

To those for whom the system has added taxes etc - make sure that you are travelling within the specified times - any Monday morning , Thurs afternoon , Fri Sat morning or Sunday flights are not so cheap because Ryanair can sell them at a better price.

The cheap flights are there but you have to look hard to find them - you don't get nothing for nothing. Put in some effort and you will be rewarded...

So here's a pint of Guinness for those who'll be travelling to Dublin.

I am having problems booking, it keeps comimg up with an error message. What can I do?

Not sure..... I have just booked another trip for my Mum this time and it went through 1st time. 4pence inc tax edin-dublin return. I had error messages last night about 9.30pm but by 10.30 it cleared itself. The system did come up with a ref code for the error - you could try calling them.

Where are you trying to go?

For some reason, not everyone (including me, for a couple of mine) gets a confirmation e-mail even though a confirmation number shows up on screen at the time of booking. Don't forget to make a note of that number, as even if you don't get an e-mail with your itinerary, you can go to here & enter your details to get all the info on the booking for yourself. If you print a copy, you can take that with you to the airport to present when you book in. :)

I didnt keep a note of the reference number (which you need to view your booking online) as it said it would send me an email, (booked a few flights and from experience they have come straight through) ahhhh think i will call them

    double argghhh

I finally got through the web site, clicked confirm and instead of the sorry try again message all I have is:

    RUNTIME ERROR CONDITION
Can't call method "_dehydrate" on an undefined value at D:/inet/bookryanair/skylights/lib/Component/Fares.pm line 1819.

So I have no idea whether I am booked or not!

    Finally managed it!

I have just booked 2 pairs of tickets for a day trip in Dublin. One pair for a friend and myself and another pair for my son and his girlfriend. Last one eventually went through at 13.30, technically after offer ended but I suppose they could see I have been trying the system all day.

    Hurrah, Dublin here I come!

I'm in the same position - would be grateful if you could let us know whether you have any joy with your phone enquiry.
    Thanks!
