There is no accuracy standard for ANPR in private parking. There is a standard for police cameras, which is about 91%.


What this means is that 1 in 10 reads can be wrong. In other words, if you go to any parking company and examine their records, at the end of each day you will find a significant list of unmatched vehicles.


In other words, cars entering but never leaving is a common occurrence. So are cars leaving who never entered.


So are cars who entered and left, but the number was read incorrectly both times.


So, no parking company will even care if you arrived but never left. It's same old, same old to them.
