My rights returning dangerous faulty product to Tesco

Lesser value with price difference refunded, I just don't want to be out of pocket.
Wow. I really did think that here was the place to ask for advice but seem to be getting hung up! Will think twice before asking on here again!0 -
People are trying to help you but your inital post was a bit unrealistic. It must have been quite scary at the time but any shop isn't going to recall a whole product line over one incident like that. If it did all these bendy / catching fire iphones wouldn't have lasted 10 mins.
As others have said you're best bet is just to return it for a refund. Maybe have a read up on your general consumer rights and warrenties etc as well just so you have a better understanding of what protection you currently have in law right now. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/magazine/8253915.stm[STRIKE]Original Mortgage 07/07 £160000 LTV 100% [/STRIKE]Remortgaged 10/13 £118000 LTV 84%
