TV - Phone - Broadband Bundle or separate

Hi - first post here - and a bit of a complex one I'm afraid but grateful for any advice / pointers.
We've decided to upgrade our anytime phone / broadband package (currently old Pipex (now TalkTalk) had for over 10 yrs, plus upgrade our TV (again had for about 10 yrs - very bulky)
I've done some basic web-trawling but have a couple of questions:
I'm thinking of getting a new tv plus a streamer (ROKU3 seems well liked & I feel the smart TV's are a bit hit & miss for a broad range of apps) - or would I be better bundling my TV streamer with phone / broadband like TT's TV+ which has yOuView+ box which can pause & record too. Though I have seen an article that free to air services are pulling out of YouView.
Secondly - I have a payg mobile (just for emergencies) - rather than adding anytime phone £7.50pm plus anytime mobile £5pm) would I be better going to a mobile contract
If you read thru all this - thanks - I look forward to any kindly advice.
Cheers.
