Fleabay sales...

£32.50
£8.00
£10.00
£50.00
So that's £231.50 extra income minus 14% of fleabay fees and paypa1 fees.
Considering what else I have left to sell. Have 7 live listings of dresses and makeup products. Will raid the wardrobe and see if I can rustle up some more to hit 20 listings. This isn't sustainable because I will run out of things and I am targeting the more valuable stuff first, nicer brands etc.- DFD 4th July 2015

Wins
NSD- OH paid for groceries (£96, £81 of which were for the business)
Gorgeous day of sunshine- got 4 loads of laundry washed and dried
Meals from stores- it's been an eclectic mix of cooked breakfast, korean pork bao buns and then pizza...but all free and all needed using up.
Spent some time chatting with a friend who is having relationship issues. Hope I helped. Happy I could be there for them and then spent some time reflecting on how different our relationships are.....I am very lucky with my lot and should never forget it.
Watching movies with OH and debating how to develop the business and up our income. We think so differently that we bounce off each other well...have some good ideas to think about now.
Losses
Behind on tidying....have 3 rooms that are disaster zones and need proper tidying, decluttering and cleaning
Need a proper pampering session- need to get the whole routine done, looking a little rough round the edges!- DFD 4th July 2015

Lots to update in the World of Shoes. Am I the only one better at reading others' diaries than posting on my own?
Will do a big update post when I'm caffeinated or have slept well (feeling very dozy and foggy-headed today).
Today should be a NSD for me...first in a while...largely helped by staying at home and pottering around completing chores and mini-decluttering tasks.
An ironing mountain awaits......let's see if I can stay awake until the end of it!

Mini update from me. One of my 2019 resolutions is to post regularly....and this is my first post of the year. Must try harder!
Update in the world of Shoes: mine is now a DSEINK household (dual self-employed income no kids).
So I/we got our dream- we escaped the grind of 9-5s (well, more than 9-5s) but we escaped salaried life too. Right now, we are in the midst of navigating our way through the self-employed works with fixed monthly commitments and outgoings with irregular income in dollops here and there.
Sometimes it feels like out of the frying pan and into the fire....but mainly I just feel free! Skint, but free.

Wins
1) LSD bought some brackets, a basket and some bedding today- bedding budgeted for so not counting
2) all meals from stores. Toast for lunch and then a Thai Curry for dinner with another portion prepped and ready
3) organised- got prawns out of freezer for some kind of prawn and chorizo concoction tomorrow
4) making real progress with OH’s latest business project
5) kept on top of small chores- washing up, dishwasher, wiping down the sides, emptying bins. This may seem small but I’m trying to build small habits to make day to day life more smooth sailing. I’m naturally messy or very neat- either extreme but neither consistently!
6) slept really deeply for which I am grateful- I struggle a lot with this
Losses
1) ignored an important project that I need to do. Must tackle the frog tomorrow.
2) ignored social media admin I need to do. Must tackle the frog tomorrow.
3) website development also ignored. I’m sensing a theme....- DFD 4th July 2015

For yesterday...
Wins
1) did some financial shuffling around with OH and feeling organised
2) did some decluttering of 2 hotspots and felt much better for it
3) maintained my new tidy/clean as you go kitchen habits
4) meals from stores- tagliatelle with prawns and chorizo
5) big load of recycling dropped off
6) survived the ice....we live in a bit of a black spot for the gritter so always wary when it’s as cold as this.
7) fresh sheets on the bed and cosy new mattress topper too. Feels like sleeping on a cloud!
Losses
1) started my project but ran out of time
2) did some mindless snacking on toast and chocolate cereal
3) spends- had to cough up £134. I’ll be able to expense but annoyed that I couldn’t avoid the cost- necessary business expense.- DFD 4th July 2015

For the last few days....
Wins
1) Meal planning...eaten from stores apart from one cheap lunch of £6.50 which I can put down as expenses
2) Loads of fiddly DIY jobs completed around the house...can't take credit for this, mainly down to OH but I reap the benefit
3) Food shop done for £76.63 and plenty in the freezer
4) Did books for January and £1200 income tracked....quiet but comfortable
5) Achieved some irritating jobs and felt good crossing them off the list
6) Grateful for my OH....no matter what comes at us, we weather the storm and are a good team. Hearing horror stories scarily regularly from friends about their OH or home life. Too many people faking it on social media and secretly deeply unhappy. Life's too short. I'm happy to be happy and reminded OH plenty of times how much I love him.
Losses
1) £400 business expense for OH- not something that had been planned but can't be avoided. Will be an annual expense so started a savings pot for next year's fee.
2) Very busy this week and feeling like I need to write a list so I don't forget anything
3) Haven't started prep for business meeting- DFD 4th July 2015
