How to find your 'Local' high court, for negligence ?

I am presuming as they are asking about the High court they are planning on making a substantial claim..... if I was someone inclined to sue others I would hire a solicitor and with this comes a potentially large bill.Clinical negligence claims are no different from any other - unless the claim is very high they go through the County Court Money Claims Centre. Have you followed the Civil Procedure Rules? Do you not have a solicitor?0
