i'm asking in behalf of a friend.
For clinical negligence, (medical)
are there many high courts for negligence in the uk ?
Where is a list of them ? (i mean high courts)
to submit this through court, how do you find your local high court that this would go through,
(nearest to your home address)?
it has to be one that processes negligence claims.

Your solicitor will submit this into the court for you....I presume that you do have one? Going head to head with the NHS in court takes skill and big money .0

Clinical negligence claims are no different from any other - unless the claim is very high they go through the County Court Money Claims Centre. Have you followed the Civil Procedure Rules? Do you not have a solicitor?0

As far as i understand there is only one 'High Court' in England and Wales that is The Royal Courts of Justice in London0

If your friend can't even figure out the court's contact information, she has no chance whatsoever of success.
At the best of times, representing yourself in clinical negligence proceedings is a bit like doing your appendectomy yourself.0 -
If she insists on being unrepresented

Can also be harder to prove negligence in such cases. For example a professional is not negligent merely because there is another professional who has a differing opinion. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
Also duplicate thread on the Insurance board.0
