What is the thinking about timing, I'm sure people have been out 2am etc for mbuy glitches before?

...Am I correct thinking the APG needs locking in before the 6am update? or does the shop need to be before midnight too?

    That'll be me then:rotfl::rotfl:.

I'm about to answer the second point or post something that attempts to go towards providing an answer - I think if you shop on or after midnight (i.e. on the new day), you may need to check before the update (which may not be at exactly 6am, but could be soon afterwards, or maybe it does update 'by' that time but only reflects in the APG from 6am onwards). Because the system's price info. for that date (the current day) could change during the day. However, if you shop before midnight, once it crosses midnight, your shop will always, now, today, have been done 'yesterday' and therefore any subsequent update, such as 6am today, shouldn't matter as your shop was on a different date and therefore the price data pertaining to that date applies to your shop. You could check it before 28 days 0 hours from your shop and it will still return with the glitchy info. if the shop was done yesterday.

Of course, I have no inside knowledge and my 'answer' could be completely wrong:rotfl::rotfl:.

Easy to wrap up some presents for ladies but not so sure on male presents.

Lady said sort of thing you would give a grandparent. Ok dad likes fingerless gloves and hankies hut if might be your only present this year would like to put more thought in.

Any ideas very welcome. I suppose nice warm socks but a bit boring.

I have a feeling a heck of a lot of Pringles are going to be bought (and I use that term loosely:p) around the UK this evening.:D:D

This looks like it will last until tomorrow morning now so I think I will be getting a lot more later when I finish work.

Remember, season of goodwill and all that. Everyone get out to A, fill your boots and when you have as many as you want/need, go back in again and get some more to give away to food banks, shelters and the like.

Not really. Just the Elite getting them (the small minority of the population that uses this thread), the muggles are now apparently shunning them because they appear to have gone up to £2.48 single price and they think they're now having to buy two of them and that would be too much. Sometimes the muggles do remember (short-term, is that is their general memory:rotfl:) the previous price especially if it was only a few days ago.

Monday is (was) a very low shopping day - people don't generally shop on Mondays and run out for a glitch like the Elite - people will be waiting till the weekend and then paying full price (they won't remember the previous price by then):D.

You're right about that!:( I went back out again, happened to go the other way, and my second store also has them at £2.48 individual/2 for £2.50 price.

Even worse, perhaps should have waited till 'tomorrow', i.e. later today, after the update, and then bought them in the daytime at £1 each but in twos, so £1 x2 then any 2 for £2.50 on the APG vs T. (Or you should do a C&C, one at a time:rotfl:.) Unfortunately for you (instore shopping three hours or more ago), the system hasn't got the mbuy in it yet. Probably would have found Blackpool at £2.48 and 2 for £2.50 today, which would be no good! Unless it's just changed in your store right now - in which case, get down, buy them on the mbuy (as long as individual price is now £2.48) and check the receipt before 6am!:rotfl:

Oh I do feel for you - mine had that Palmolive at £1 price when everyone else had full price and mbuy!

Apologies if anyone has ever sent me a message that has gone unanswered (they go back to 2012!)

I even had a recent message from my friend, Tony Pangasius.

For those of you unfamiliar with Tony's work.....

    You won't be disappointed!

Quidco have done £20 in the past so if it's any less than that I will be disappointed
