Good afternoon:wave:
Not even attempting a catch up:o far too many pages...
Hope everyone is well:)
All festive in my house now 3 trees up and decorated. 2 have been seriously attacked by the tinsel fairies the other was well supervised :rotfl:
Feeling a bit off today.. Not ill just a bit...
I watched the tonight homeless special last night... If I'm honest it's given me a wake up call. I live in an area where passing a homeless person in a door way or begging on the street isn't something I've seen very often. It's also something I'm ashamed to say I've never really thought about in great depth, not that I don't care just that I've never really thought about it on a wider scale, the bigger picture as it were.
Too many of us live day to day, pay check to paycheck. It's made me realize how things could easily spiral out of control through loss of employment, illness etc
Ordinary people who had a job, mortgage, children then illness, job loss caused the spiral that ended with them living on the streets or in bed sits with little or no control over their own future:(. So sad that it could happen to anyone.0 -

No, won't work again, if you have used them, they were both working but then T's blocked the later one....this should now work again on accounts where it hasn't been used before!"He that lieth down with dogs shall rise up with fleas" Benjamin Franklin

New Amex offer of £5 back on £10 spend for Shop Small (or whatever it is called!). One Stop 7-11 shops seem to be included (owned by T) so please do let us know if anyone spots any good deals there. Works by giving you a £5 credit back on your account for every £10 spent (can only get the deal once per shop, but per card and each "unit" of One Stop, for example, should count as a different shop if I have understood correctly
).
