    I meant granddaughter:rotfl::rotfl: not dh

Too much rain today must have affected me :o. She is 9 but doesn't get the chance to play the way she does here. I don't mind stuff coming out of cupboards to use for play shops, did it with all 4 (6) of the boys.
It teaches children so much, even painting granddad nails.

I didn't want to post this earlier and play with fate. Some of you may remember that back in March my mum was diagnosed with advanced heart failure and was unlikely to be with us much longer. She's had a few "moments" since then but now barely needs to use her oxygen and during the week celebrated her 92nd birthday :T

Enjoy time together while you can. She is obviously stronger than was though bless her x

Im not sure why the coupons didn't work on your order because I don't know what you bought. Their reply is correct though. People are only being able to use the other 3 coupons because of a glitch. Im not sure why you emailed?

I don't know where you stand on returning because I don't know when you shopped? Im assuming a couple of days ago if you've been waiting on a reply to an email? Either way, you should be aware that even if you are allowed to return, any chilled goods will be thrown away as they can't resell them.

You would have been better to check your invoice and reject the order when it showed not all the coupons had come off at delivery/C&C. Hope that helps for future orders.

No coupons came off at all, not even coupons I added that I actually qualified for. I posted (yesterday I think) about what happened and someone said this happened to them and they emailed and had a reply that all their coupons were/would be refunded. OH collected the order while I looked after the baby - I usually only shop in store so don't think I would've known what to do. Thanks for all feedback, I'm new to this so will hopefully learn as I go along :)

For reference I bought £12s worth of anchor cheese and also pasta pizza and flatbread for £2 off £7 online deal, which thinking of hasn't been mentioned in my T reply and that didn't come off either. I'll just cut my losses and fingers crossed any next glitch works for me:)

  • Evening,

Collected my C&C from Mr T. It was 4 £10 meal deals including Cheeses. £10 cheese discount and PP.

SA was v apologetic that no wines included, but they had refunded the cost of the wine!!!!!! Price now £46.40 and no wine!, but it was ok cos I had a nice discount......

Had to go to customer services for stewards inquiry..........eventually was given 4 bottles of wine and C&C will refund £6.40. Seems C&C and shop are completely different and never the twain shall meet! it was ludicrous as I could see the C&C hut from where I was standing!

SA at C&C said that the food and wine are picked separately and the wine person prob didn't know that the Meal Deal wine is in the chiller below the food.

DH came along for the drive, but now regrets it, as it took about an hour!! Tee Hee!

I missed a chunk of yesterday so missed your post. You possibly misunderstood someone's reply though? It's unlikely anyone would email CS because a glitch didn't work. As Wacky says, it alerts them to the glitch. It's fine to email with a legitimate complaint but not a good idea when it's something you shouldn't have had in the first place.
Its a bit of a minefield when you're new to it.......and sometimes even when you're not!

    Happy Birthday TrulyMadly and Savingbabs

Oh MOC this has made me :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: It's like birthday chinese whispers in here the last few days :D

It's TM and saversues today but somewhere along the line my DS2 seems to have gained a birthday and has had a few birthday wishes. It's not his birthday  quite possibly savingbabs has just gained one too now :D
Yesterday it was my birthday and something AAU said resulted in him getting birthday wishes too :D

Whats the current deals, as its a new thread can someone give me a rund down?
Off the top of my head there's the JF elixir, Fox's biscuits and maltesers / Galaxy tubes with magic star trigger. If you search the thread for these keywords you will find answers ;) I posted about the Fox's biscuits last night and I posted about thin and crispy pizza with "make your own" trigger in the old thread on Friday, so you could check my previous posts if you want, I don't talk as much as a lot of folk on here so there won't be too many posts to wade through :p:D
