Hi everyone, just a quick post before I try and go back and catch up quickly while baby sleeping. I seem to be the only person this has happened to! Emailed T after no coupons were applied and got this reply:

"Having looked into this a bit further, it does appear as though the conditions for many of the coupons attached to the order haven’t been met. Having read through the list of items in the order, you have qualified for one redemption of the ‘£3.00 off when you spend £12.00 on dairy’ but none of the other coupons apply to this order as the conditions have not been met."

Does anyone know, can I just take my items and invoice back to store for a refund? Not sure how it works with CC/HD? Thanks
Did you pay more than the products would have normally cost if you used the vouchers correctly as they were intended? If not, then some people (myself included) find it unethical to return, as the food will just be wasted and sent to land fill. Some glitches you win, some you dont. The ones you loose, you (well I) take on the chin.

Whats the 2.25l drinks deal? :P

They're a new size posted on HUKD and SFSB suggested they might be a trigger in the 3 for £3 cokes as they're not on MSM. I don't think anyone has found them instore either yet though.

Im not sure why the coupons didn't work on your order because I don't know what you bought. Their reply is correct though. People are only being able to use the other 3 coupons because of a glitch. Im not sure why you emailed?

I don't know where you stand on returning because I don't know when you shopped? Im assuming a couple of days ago if you've been waiting on a reply to an email? Either way, you should be aware that even if you are allowed to return, any chilled goods will be thrown away as they can't resell them.

You would have been better to check your invoice and reject the order when it showed not all the coupons had come off at delivery/C&C. Hope that helps for future orders.

Really? I didn't think they would just bin it! I've never returned anything to a supermarket before! My OH said to keep it anyway as he's discovered he loves anchor cheese and it was £2 opposed to £4 a pack so we'll keep it. I told him we wouldn't be buying it in future at £4 a pack when we run out:rotfl:

Tell him not to worry, I am sure you will get plenty more treats that he can enjoy in future glitches. :)

It's not a good idea to contact cs when a glitch doesn't work as it not only draws attention to you but also the glitch itself.

When doing a glitch involving refrigerated or frozen food then not really a good idea to take back as the shop has to bin it all.

Best thing to have done is to have checked invoice on collection to see if codes had come off and then if they hadn't you could have refused what you didn't want.
