Could save yourself another quid by reducing your fillers. Only need 8. Good fillers on vs Ts for me are prawn crackers, schwartz bag, bog roll and I always get glitchy baby food. Hth
Thanks, but its a C&C and for pennies I dont think its worth the risk.
I always take any pain on the chin, so I dont take stuff back or any of that mularky.
Some of those fillers I actually want, the sweets just get given away.

Its never a good idea to have a scene, even when you are in the right. No shop is bothered about your custom, especially if you are taking advantage.
I got trouted last week, where I was accused of photo copying APG vouchers (I dont), using APG vouchers that dont match the receipts (I dont),I just listened politely and waited while the management troll triple checked everything, while the security chief kept interfering, and the checkout bloke watched dumbfounded. They checked the receipt, the APG, and the shopping I was buying, after a while they seemed unable to find anything amiss, so I paid the balance and left, smiling and wishing them a nice day.
Some folk get angry, some upset, I was just trying desperately not to burst out laughing, or take the pi!!.
Next time I go to that store my intention is to tell security to get the management troll down in readiness for my checkout, where I will ask her to make a note of my receipt details, so she can check them in three hours time.
I shall of course give her my estimation of the APG, before the computer does its stuff.

I was accused once of APG being out of date. I told trout to look in correct place and she just growled something at me and put it through the til :)

I had a check out guy tonight who was very new and he had to check my coupons with a supervisor - they were legit and he was told how to process them. Then I gave him an APG for just over £4 and again the supervisor told him what to check and that he should write APG on the receipt. Then he instructed him to rip the top half of the receipt off before he gave it back to me !!! Never had this happen before but, when I queried it, the super insisted that was ALWAYS done to stop people reprinting and re-using the APG. I said this had never happened ever before and that he had already scribbled all over the receipt but he stuck to his guns.

Trouble was, they then couldn't get the APG to scan as I'd printed using draft quality and it had a tiny line across the barcode. They spent about 10 minutes faffing about and holding up the queue. I wasn't budging and losing £4 odd - I did point out that if they hadn't already ripped chunks off my receipt I would have taken it back, re-printeda clearer coupon and used it next time. The queue behind me was getting irate and it took 3 staff efore they finally agreed to put it through as a non scan.

I don't think they should be ripping receipts - its the customers property and could cause problems if you have something on there that you need to return - electrical or clothing . Anyone else come across this - I certainly haven't.
