Right click APG image, copy image and paste into Word or another package - I wait until I have a few to print as you can resize to fit 6 on a page this saving paper and ink.

I just put half a sheet of paper in, printer has no ill effects

(the printer does not go through the motions of printing lower half)

Evening everyone, hope everyone is well :) so manic at the moment cant stop or read back :(, so hugs to those who need them.

Quick question, the Fever Tree voucher that was floating around a couple of days ago has the voucher been pulled? I clicked the link to download it but the page just has aload of computer language on it?! Really wanted to go and get a couple as we dont really drink alchol so was going to have this instead for Christmas :(.
Just checked on my link, thought I had saved it, my voucher has also vanished, pity as the are on offer, lesson to self, save to file! I was going to buy some tomorrow!

BB there's just something about a muscular man isn't there? :) Not a fan of the the body builder look but I do like a muscular arm.

Speaking of muscular arms I need some advise, maybe from Westie.
I've been doing light weights every other day and shock horror last night noticed my arms were looking a bit veiny  up until that point I was happy with my arms as they are toned and a bit defined. I have been wondering whether I need to drop the weights or go to twice a week as the last thing I want is Madonna arms. Tried to find an answer on google and I don't know if it's more to do with losing the layer of fat from just under your skin therefor making veins more visible. Does anyone have any knowledge in this are please ? Bradley not been on in a while ? Tia
