Couldn't see an answer to this, but I have spent the last hour back and forth trying to use mine too getting the same message for tomorrow pm's C&C. The only thing I did different from usual is started my basket through quidco for some clicksnap items then transferred to A's to finish shopping, but I don't see how this should make any difference? Anyway, I must sleep. Will look in the morning to see if anyone has an answer.
If you reading this and still awake, g'night, if you reading this and just woke up, good morning.
What if I miss it altogether and read it only late this afternoon? Oh hang on, I haven't.:) Goodbye for now!0 -
davemorton wrote: »:T Totally agree. It is cheaper (believe it or not) for a couple to cruise, than it is a single person in most instances.
I have seen cruises where they want to charge a single traveller more than a couple figure that out, package holidays too.
Very rare to find a cruise with no single supplement and even at double price they rarely allow the same choice of cabins.
It is a big bug bear with me at the moment.
DD can get reduced fares, cruises and hotels but still struggle because of being a solo traveller and I like travelling alone.
No only do single travellers use less of everything they do tend to spend more on board or in hotel on spa treatments and excursions ?
I know you can share a cabin with someone unknown to you to save cost but definately not for me.
Just need Richard Branston to back me and could be on to a winner.

Morning:)
That's a con:eek: but if you want you can come on holiday with the nerfs but then you would need another holiday to get over it:cool:0 -
Single folk can travel any time of the year at much reduced cost during termtime...I don't have that choice!:(
I do not agree as always seems to be some nationality on holiday.
I have had many years of travelling with children paying highly for flight seats as owned accommodation abroad. I know the difference in costs very well.
term time or not always cheaper to book a room to sleep 2 a 2c than one adult and cruise prices horrendous.
On occasion I have paid more despite reduced flights due to dd work perks.
The single travellers prop up prices for everyone else.
I would like to go to euro disney next year with dd, sil and dgd but because I need my own room (ok I like sil but not enough to to share one hotel room) I will be paying the same as the 3 of them and the fact tickets are thrown in is immaterial as I only need one but family in next room would get 4 included.
I try to put my own packages together where possible but also the things needed when disabled shoot the price up further and just because I am single I do not see why I should put up with the substandard rooms at the back of hotels or even substandard hotels.
Very debate able topic but I am sure you would agree reduced pax air tax for children is only needed in school holidays when they might as well raise the age to 18 in education to make it completely fair. I honestly think holiday prices for packages will rise as well.
Like I said before stamp duty is a winner for everyone and so is fuel costs. Ok you might not own a car but most people use some form of transport and should help airlines in their fuel costs as well.

its cooking at the moment....
Although in answer to aau and his comment about it being plucked...I'm so glad it was ...the further away they look from their natural state of a little woolley sheep type thing wearing a tam o shanter and swigging iron bru...the better!
I once heard a brilliant confession on simon mayos evening r2 programme about these little haggis that were only found on a certain mountain in Scotland and couldnt get off the mountain because they only had 3 legs and kept going round in circles...absolute classic!
Heard many a tale told to american tourists

Morning
Hope all is well?
We need a new glitch on chocky biscuits, only down to the last few cookie dough Fox's and toffee penguins (too sweet for me) and dh has started eating through the Christmas box (we have completely different ideas of when Christmas actually starts :rotfl:)
Hoping to do mince pies this weekend, don't like shop bought ones as much prefer to use shortcrust (rather than sweet pastry) and do the pastry thin and crispy - yummyFinal cigarette smoked 02/01/18
