Showing 2.55 now but same for all Doves so think offer finished (not sure if showing in store though)

That's a shame, although if would be nice to get a mixture of flavours if they are still SEL'd at £1

    Good morning!:)

I am having the nightmare that every true glitcher dreads:eek::eek:

FAILURE of my big freezer, which is full to the top!!:mad:

But fortunately Currys had one the same size, maybe slightly larger, at a very good price and they are delivering it today:j:j

Now the unpleasant task of removing everything from the old one and trying to keep it frozen until the new one arrives.

I am just wondering what I might find at the very bottom:eek:

So far I have found two joints of Bubbs beef about half way down.:o:o
Hi, what size freezer have you bought, I'm on the look out for a new one, need at least 300L one.

I saw a success post after my cc....but out here in the sticks it takes so long for the paperwork to go thro....although it would have been picked early hrs friday *confuzzled*

I did the sausages earlier in the wk & 3rd time with the bacon 2 for £4 v 2 for £3.50 in M so how's it lost them??

I tried a vM bacon ages ago and it failed, I thought because I mixed smoked and unsmoked at the time , although the offers may have been re-collected / updated since.

Tony that's a lot of bottle openings, I make it 83p a bottle but 4 of those makes 1 750ml, if you looked a something like Jacobs Creek Shiraz it's £7.49 in Tosco and £5. in sada, giving you £2.49 back a bottle making the price £3.13 a bottle of 750ml, Yellow Tail Shiraz and Merlot work out about £3.06 a bottle too, of course remembering to include your fillers to get your pp.

Although if you only have a glass the miniature's are perfect, we use them on trips out, otherwise for it's got to be a large bottle for us :D .

I just did my first ever online grocery shop with Tesco I thought I would try the cheese well it partially worked but not as it should have I bought 4 kg of Tesco Everyday Value Mature Cheddar @ £5 a pop = £20 plus 4 packs of 4 branston beans half price @ £1.27 a pop = £5.08 I hope I don't die of a fart attack total £25.08 plus £2 delivery charge giving a total of £27.08 - £10 via codes =£17.08 it wouldn't except the finest code so the although pleased with a £10 saving what did I do wrong?

The new one is 200L so probably wouldn't be big enough for you.

I hadn't realised until I was looking around for a new one, that only some of them are suitable for use in garages or sheds. Something to do with operating temperatures.

Notes to self for the use of the new feezer.

    1) Always make sure opened bags of peas, sweetcorn etc are closed properly before putting back in the freezer

    2) Label anything that has been taken out of its original wrapper, so I will know what it is in a few months time.

    3) Ensure that everything is crop rotated and that new purchases are not just put on top of older items.

    4) Do not buy anything else to go in the freezer until it is at least half emptied.

Does anyone have any more suggestions, for keeping the contents of a freezer in good order?:)

I can send my kids around…. they are great at emptying the freezer…. mine are nearly empty now!:eek::eek:

I have read a Which report that mentioned only Beko freezers as being suitable for out buildings. However, there seems to be alot of other makes that state suitable for outbuildings. Confusing!
