Are you absolutely sure you are claiming everything you are entitled to.

You must fill any forms in worse case scenario ie what you would be like without your meds. Mr TS's mate was in same position as you but once it was ascertained without his meds he would not be able to function he got extra help.

Top man seems to playing ball now.... albeit v. slowly
Won't bother collecting my socks from store now they are 2 for 1 and free delivery so a new order just went in.. oh and the first didn't track so possible Q12 probs too (fingers crossed this one tracks!)
