I've deleted much of my previous post as I thought the better of it. I wasn't posting any codes btw:rotfl:.

I will just say I will decide what action to take - probably just to "note" it again, as part of my own views regarding how, generally, organisations behave.

Two phrases spring to mind though: "One rule for one, and one for the other" and "When it suits...".î

Again:(. As I've not given my full opinion anymore though, this post is a gross distortion of the whole of my own views.

This reminds me of a rather bizzare court case I was reading about recently. Northern Rock Asset Management are basically suing themselves.......taking themselves to court to clarify if they are correct (and get legally binding confirmation) in not re-paying or writing off interest payments to customers with loans of £25,000 plus. Such loans dont normally come under the protection of the Consumer Credit Act. But it seems that even they themselves are so unsure if they're in the right or wrong in not paying out that they've taken this very unusual step.

See......bet you never knew I spent my days doing such exciting stuff :D :rotfl::rotfl:

I asked DH to pop into Sainsbobs on the way home from work to try and get the Royal British Legion chocolate (been popping in most days and always OOS). He didn't get any, but did get a couple of these on their clearance shelves - another Christmas present sorted ;)

Looks like the end of line clearance of the summer stuff they've just put out.

They also had these but not such a bargain

Oh well done, those are lovely. Especially the bottom one. Don't forget to post a pic of one either side of your new pallet bar ;)

Going to try this, I think.

    Basket price / Price Tomorrow
    Croft Purple Velvet Port 100Cl £16.00 / £8
    Louis Delaunay Champagne 75Cl £25.99 / £8
    Finest Mince Pies 6 Pack £2.50 / £1.25
    2x 7 Cheese Selection Pack 590G £16.00 / £8

    TOTAL: £60.49 / £25.25

Says it qualifies for £10 off (all 4 cheese tokens) and £12 first £60 order.

    £25.25 - £22 = £3.25

Thank you, I tried this shop on my account and the £12 off £60 wouldn't work so I switched to my hubby's Tesco account and it would and with the cheese codes it worked perfectly. Thank you very much, hubby is very impressed.

Lovely lady on C&C when we collected tonight said, "Well done on the vouchers getting £25.25 down to £3.25, I was very suprised when I saw it." I thought if she had seen that it was over £60 when it 1st started she'd have been even more suprised!

Oh come on, how do I not know about this, again?!?:rotfl:

And dishwasher tablets too - I need them_pale_! Are we saying this is only available for people who buy early breakfast-time and is now all over?

It would seem that way unfortunately :( Although if the multi doesn't show on msm until later we should have longer. The Coke Lifes from 2 weeks ago worked in a 10pm shop after the multi updated the same afternoon. They didn't work at 7:30 next morning though.

I'm thinking though if we know about these offers in advance they should work from midnight on the day. Even if the offer isn't on the SEL it may scan through with the offer, we could check. If there's anything amazing like free laundry liquid, or dishwasher tabs it would be worth staying up all night for, rinsing and repeating :D
So, here are the results of ths handwashes I posted about earlier..

Due to the ASDA Price Guarantee, spend £10.70 (including fillers) and you're entitled to a voucher of £11.05:

    1 x Haribo Maoam Giant Strawberry Stripes £0.10 £0.10
    1 x Haribo Maoam Giant Sour Stripes (15g) £0.10 £0.10
    1 x Swizzels Matlow Strawberry Refresher Bar £0.10 N/A
    1 x Candyland Flumps Mallow Twists (12g) £0.10 £0.10
    6 x Dettol with E45 Softness Lotus Flower Replenishing... £15.00 £7.50
    2 x Dettol E45 Honey Hand Wash (250ml) £5.00 £2.50

    1 x Haribo Starmix £0.10 £0.10
1 x ASDA Chosen by You Giant White Mice Bar (15g) £0.10 N/A
1 x ASDA Chosen by You Giant Rainbow Buttons Bar (15g) £0.10 N/A
Total spend (including fillers) was £10.70, apg was for £11.05

    Fill your boots!!

Thanks for this SFSB, I cannot believe I didn't notice these handwashes when I'm supposed to be monitoring all Dettol products :o I've been checking all the toiletries and cleaning products for new multibuys but today I think I got distracted by the excitement of free dishwasher tabs and I forgot to look at them :o

Does anyone have an idea what denominations the A eVouchers goes up to ?

In light of sfsb's hand wash I'm thinking a single £50 voucher would be, erm, suspicious!
    shirley999 wrote: »
I know they do £50 - I can't imagine they do £100 but entirely possible.

:D don't think getting a £50 voucher will be a problem, just don't forget that you can't get change so it would have to be spent in one hit :)

Don't know if it will makes things any better for savvy or makes it worse, but the forum rules relate to the forum and its users only. Rest of site has a different editorial code, and as DM said, i would expect it pretty much says it can be what ever they want/need it to be.

Has anyone found any other cheeses/Dairy that work with the
£2 off when you spend £10 on Finest Dairy...only the Anchor cheeses works for me!

    any ideas please? Tia:D

I bought a chunk of finest counter cheese. No idea if it's local to me or not? But it was Butlers finest Lancashire. It's the only cheese you can make a proper cheese and onion pie with (according to my OH) I had a lazy picker as well because I ordered 450g and I got a slab that would've doubled as a door stop  but only charged for 450g :D
What about the christmas packs? Not looked myself. Im at cheese capacity. Sure Rhos said finest butter worked too
