Now [puts on white lab coat and glasses, and picks up clipboard], count the candles, assuming a unit cost of £0.14 per candle and £0.22 per box of 20, each box with an mortization of prepaid insurance of 12.5%, but one gross accentuates the declaration of a cash dividend by 4p in the £, and assuming the icing sugar bag is fully depreciated over a non-continuous 3-year period, and the fruit mix in the cake is subject to the new EU cross-border double-dip tax (but only if the fruit is transported through Belgium and/or by sea for not less than 24% of its total journey time), with an accounts-receivable ratio of 45 days per candle factory employee ... work out [in nano-seconds] how long it would take a male mammal of 4.6 litre per square inch lung capacity who's been a non-smoker for 3 years 8 months 23 days to blow out the candles
... you can call it revision.:D

I do love this! Answers please aau x

Im not sure what CIC is, but if this means a sada click n collect...

I thought you could refresh the expiry on sada evouchers by putting them on an order and cancelling it.....

Ofc you may have a pending transaction reducing available funds etc, not sure of the timing with this if your order was weeks away for example.

If anyone else could confirm this is the case that would be appreciated.

    I don't think it works like that… but I maybe wrong x

Sunshinemummy, I just read your post on the old thread about the SA asking of you were a friend of Martins!! OMG I would have said Yes!! A good SA = gold dust!!

I did ask for her card to provide positive feedback, she gave me it and said you only get 25 points for completing the on line survey. I smiled sweetly and said good service needs to be acknowledged….. and 25 points is after all 75p towards my ring!

If I remember rightly there were a couple of pics of the T meet posted on the elite thread? Fun days indeed..:D Shame most of you don't post any more.:(

However, no use dwelling on the past, things (and people) move on and I'm sure you and the rest of the bunch are getting on with your lives without the Elite.

Shame really, the thread has grown over the years and welcomed (and said goodbye to) many wonderful new members. It is still the great place it was years ago through the amazing T DTD escapade where we all had vouchers up to £100 at a time and through the incredible A marathon where everything cost less than 40p, including a £15 bag of Iams..:)

Things are harder to come by now but we all muck in and try to help out to find the next big glitch. I don't think it will ever be as good as the glitches of years ago but we get by..:D

Maybe you should all come back and give the elite a try? There are so many amazing people here now, (yes, you too Locarr) and so few numpties, it might be worth your while? Forget the issues of Facebook, put certain dodgy people here on ignore and let's bash all the supermarkets, especially A, for all we can.

Ps.. Dotty is still here, however if you put him on ignore like the rest of us you will be fine.:rotfl:

     :(

Very profound. I wasnt dwelling as such it was the first truly documented meet I could remember.
Yes I often wonder where everyone goes.

We get busy but does anyone truly disappear or just not sign in anymore.

hmm, I just tried it with a single £1 and it seemed to work.

edit to clarify: a basket over £25 with a single £1 evoucher used.

I amended an order last night (in a hurry) and switched a voucher as was spending more, today noticed the expiry date is Sat, 20 Dec 2014 (all my other vouchers are Tue, 16 Dec 2014)

I'm sure it works, but don't want to give out bad information so use with caution!
