I know how you feel, i've worked in the same place for about 9 years now and I have been to one Christmas night out with them and I would never go again, I work with and get along with them all fine but I have my own friends who I go out with and I have told everyone that, I think I offended some but others really understood and actually said they wished they could get out of going. It's too expensive a night to not enjoy. I would much rather spend my money having a good night out with my own group of friends.

I know this won't be popular but I just want to get it out there.

Whilst I totally support emmap's idea of approaching the forum team (:A) and it has really lifted the thread to see all the support for fc (:j) , I really don't think we should be approaching the forum team at this point.

We have always gone down the route of self-policing, trying to ensure minimum attention from MSE towers, so that we can continue here uninterrupted. Same principle as flying below the radar in A or T

It looks as though we are already firmly on their radar with lots and lots of posts being reported and it sounds like a number of the thread members having recently has warnings Not sure it is a good idea to raise our profile further and in any event I am pretty sure the issue would need to be raised by one of those directly affected for the team to review it?

We have been here before, it is horrible, but it will settle down and hopefully more quickly if we all step back and carry on as usual.

In and out of Jobs, Got married on Feb 14th had a fab day and a great best man (chandlerscroft)

Perturbed by the Activia as they are showing 2 for £3 in both A and M
Also satsumas - I knew I was going to lose a little as showing as 99p in Ms on MSM!
I didn't realise 25p freddo's don't show on APG - it's good for the diet at least.
