The bulletin boards of old were each dialled individually. They were not "the internet" by any standard other than they were a remote comuter you could communicate with. Compuserve came later and still wasn't the internet as we know it today although once there was a WWW Compuserve did act as a gateway to it.

I downloaded it on my W8 laptop. It has been a gnats hair from being thrown out the window 3 times, and this update made it 4 times lol.
