I have been with TT for a number of years but am having issues with speed meaning that you are unable to play x box games without lagging. Fed up of trying to talk to customer service staff who read from a script and my contract is up so am thinking of switching. Sky seems to get the fastest speeds round my area according to stats. We have a youview box (from TT)-would this work with sky BB or will we need a new one. Also any gamers out there is fibre required to play games adequately or will phone line BB suffice. Thanks.

I'm very happy with Sky, who have just given me another good offer. My broadband is faster than it was with O2 and I've only lost the service (less than an hour) twice in just over a year (the former appearing to be a maintenance issue, as a friend , miles away, was also 'off' and the second probably so, being exactly a year later).0
