Problems connecting more than 1 computer to Sky Wireless Broadband

I have my desktop connected to sky broadband without any problems (Netgear Sky wireless modem and Belkin wireless G network adapter).

However I can’t connect mine or my partners laptop to sky via wirless, although i can via a cable, I can’t even connect my Nokia N95, it seems it will only let 1 connect to the wireless at any one time. Can anyone help??? I am at my wits end

Are you saying they will connect if the desktop is not connected? Or will they not connect at all? There's a difference.

Have you entered the encryption key correctly when trying to connect when using wireless?

So have you tried switching off wireless encryption to prove if that is the reason? If you have MAC address filtering enabled, switch it off, as it's pointless. Are you using WEP or WPA?

Have to agree, if they don't work at all then it's likely to be an encryption or filtering problem.

Some routers (I don't know if this is the case with your one) also use MAC address filtering as another level of security. There may be a button or setting on the router to put it into pairing mode where it will learn and remember the MAC address of a wireless adapter trying to connect to it with the correct encryption key. Do you still have the manual for the router?

Edit: agree with espresso - switch off MAC filtering if you can

In the router's settings. Your manual should tell you how to access them. It will be something similar to typing 192.168.0.1 into the browser.
