Has anyone had defect for INR removed?

I will have another go, I had already mentioned that I had seen others have defects removed for the same things but got the reply
"I realise this is not the answer you were hoping for and it's clear that you're unhappy with our decision. We have noted your comments. Please understand that I cannot assist you any further as I've already given you all the information you needed for your concern. If there isn't anything else that I may help you with, I'm afraid that I will now be closing this session so I could assist other members as well. Thank you for using eBay" and that was the end of the conversation.

Its the same with the one I have for a comment and defect on postage. "Great item but postage pricey" I charged 0.50 for large letter 1st class item in new plastic wallet and boarded envelope, when I pointed out to the buyer that the stamp alone cost more than what I had charged her she admitted to making a mistake, it appears she leaves the same feedback for everyone, but ebay will not remove the comment or defect.

I will try again for all 3 of my defects but not expecting any change.
