Regardless, the Sky EPG is a mess even for subscribers...

When you go into the EPG you just go onto the 'Favourites' tab (I just press left on my Sky box) and it lists them all so you can see what's on at a glance without having to scroll through the pay channels.

I was mainly talking about my experience as a Freesat-From-Sky "customer" some years back.
